ABOUT DISTRICT COURT

Madhya Pradesh Government Law and Legislative Affairs Department's notification no. 30525 Bhopal dated 13/11/1969 in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 of the Constitution of India, District Court Satna was established in consultation with the Governor of Madhya Pradesh and the High Court.

As the first district judge in the district establishment, Shri Y. P. Pandit was posted, along with the posting of District Judge, one Additional District Judge, one Civil Judge Class I, and two Civil Judge Class II courts were established at Headquarters Satna, and One court each of Civil Judge class II was established in Tehsil Maihar and Nagod.
